About the Project
Mitchell Garage was part of the City of Edmontons rehab program. Scope included replacement of Utility transformer, MPD, CDP’s, panels, transformers, car receptacle controllers and MCC’s. A larger Emergency Generator was added and extensive modifications were made to the emergency distribution system. All garage space lighting was upgraded to LED. Project also included fire alarm modification, lighting control enhancements, mechanical equipment replacement and upgrades. All scope was completed while the building operated 24/7.
