About the Project
The Oliver, also know as the J22 Development project offers underground parking, two floors of retail and office space, and luxury residental suites. This project was built in three phases. The multi phase aspect opened the door for Territorial to offer their designbuild and value engineering services to the client. The result is a signiture building on Jasper Ave with all modern electrical wants and necessities provided on time and within budget.
