About the Project
This 7 story residential / dormitory facility houses 284 female students. The residence is located in the heart of the University of Alberta main campus. The residence includes studio, 2 bedroom, and 4 bedroom dorm rooms that encompass a full bathroom and full kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets. Laundry facilities are located on every second floor, and a variety of study spaces including a library, student lounge, and private residence lounges. Some of the amenities of this space are dining hall, chapel, and TV lounges to create an inviting atmosphere.
