About the Project
Territorial Electric is proud to have been involved in multiple projects for the Students’ Union Building (SUB) on the University of Alberta campus. The most recent renovation/addition project was a mass escavation to the front lower portion of the building. This escavation transformed the front of the building into a modern muti-tiered seasonal common space for the students. The scope also included renovations to three floors in the building’s tower. This included tenant improvements in offices, meeting rooms, and retail spaces. SUB remained open 24/7 so safety and scheduling played a large part in the projects success. Territorial is a competent partner when it comes working in occupied spaces while completeing electrical modernization safely and with minimal disruption to the end user.
