About the Project
The Edmonton Clinic South is 677,000 square feet and over eight floors, with a nine-story parkade. More than 2000 health science professionals will operate out of this state of the art ambulatory care facility, serving an expected one million patients annually. To accommodate specialized medical equipment and the necessary mechanical and electrical services, the building is designed to service mechanical and electrical systems through interstitial floors, thereby eliminating effects on the clinic’s operations. The Edmonton Clinic South will provide a one-stop outpatient experience that guides patients and their families through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education in a single visit. It will be the place to which patients, their families, and their community-based health providers can turn for timely, specialized services. This is a LEED Silver project.
