About the Project
The Kaye Clinic is 677,000 square feet and over eight floors, with a nine-story parkade. More than 2000 health science professionals will operate out of this state of the art ambulatory care facility, serving an expected one million patients annually. This facility will provide a one-stop outpatient experience that guides patients and their families through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education in a single visit. It will be the place to which patients, their families, and their community-based health providers can turn for timely, specialized services. This is a LEED Silver project.
