About the Project
MacTaggart Continuing Care is a multi-story senior’s care facility with 137 resident suites. The design incorporates floors that contain three neighborhoods connected through a central service area. These areas have been designed to promote resident contentment and comfort as well as the efficient deployment of program resources. Administrative and program support areas are located in a two-story section of the building. The facility is situated on 3.3 acres and includes two landscaped areas.
